Quality Control
All work carried out by RSM Ashvir is in accordance with quality control standards stipulated by International Quality Control Standard 1, issued by the International Federation of Accountants, which provides a framework on maintaining an adequate system of quality control over all aspects of professional work.
RSM International's Transnational Audit Services Executive Committee is responsible for setting the policies and procedures that member firms need to implement and for monitoring the quality of the firms through an ongoing programme of inspections.
Inspection programme: RSM International member firms undergo a global inspection at least once every three years. In addition, RSM Ashvir has developed an internal programme whereby each office is reviewed annually for compliance to administration and quality control standards. The partners/directors are also subject to reviews by professional bodies of which they are members.
Continuing Professional Development (CPD): Partners, directors and staff of RSM Ashvir are required to undergo CPD, as a minimum, to fulfil the requirements of the professional bodies of which they are members. The firm provides CPD to all its personnel through participation in in-house seminars and through training provided by external training institutions. Moreover, partners and directors attend regional and international conferences organised by RSM International. RSM International also provides training to member firms through courses run on-site, written training materials issued to firms and by global web-conferencing.
